Adriana Campagna Skin Text Messaging Terms

The program
Adriana Campagna Skin sends text messages about appointments — confirmations, reminders, changes, and after-care instructions (sometimes with a picture of our after-care card) — to clients who opt in to appointment texts, and answers questions clients text us, with help from an AI-assisted assistant and a person during business hours. Only if you separately opt in to marketing texts, we also send occasional offers, such as a birthday treat or an invitation to come back.
How you opt in
- Appointment texts: a separate, unchecked box — "Text me about my appointments" — beside the mobile number field when you sign in to book at https://adrianacampagnaskin.com/book, on the profile step, and on your account page. It is optional; without it you can still book, and we email you when we have your email address.
- Clients who booked before October 2, 2026 keep receiving appointment texts under the consent they gave when they booked, until they reply STOP.
- If you text or call us, we may answer you by text in that conversation.
- Marketing: a second, separate, unchecked box — "Text me offers, openings and news" — right under the appointment-texts box when you sign in to book at https://adrianacampagnaskin.com/book, and on the profile step and your account page. Tick either box, both, or neither.
- Or at https://adrianacampagnaskin.com/sms-optin, which has the same two separate boxes. If you chose no appointment texts when you signed in, ticking that box there sends one text to your number to confirm; reply START. Replying START also re-subscribes a number that opted out.
Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with your bookings. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or booking.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to opt out (STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT also work). You will receive one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and no further texts. Reply START to join again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported on major U.S. carriers.
Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
